At Simplisco Esthetics, I value both your time and mine. To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, please review the cancellation policy below: •No-Shows Clients who DON’T show up for their appointment WITHOUT notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. A 10 minute grace period is applied prior to charging for a no show. • SAME Day Cancellations: Will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. Please be mindful of my time. If you cannot make it for whatever reason PLEASE reach out to me the day prior to your appointment. • 24-Hour Notice Required Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. • Emergency Exceptions I understand that true emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation. All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to your appointment date.
