I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows. and 50% cancellation fee if notified within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to your appointment date. If you haven’t confirmed appointment will be cancelled. A 15 minute grace period is applied prior to charging for a no show.
