Cancellation Policy
At Simplisco Esthetics, I value both your time and mine. To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, please review the cancellation policy below:
•No-Shows
Clients who DON’T show up for their appointment WITHOUT notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. A 10 minute grace period is applied prior to charging for a no show.
• SAME Day Cancellations:
Will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.
Please be mindful of my time. If you cannot make it for whatever reason PLEASE reach out to me the day prior to your appointment.
• 24-Hour Notice Required
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked.
• Emergency Exceptions
I understand that true emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to your appointment date. If you haven’t confirmed appointment will be cancelled and filled with others on the wait list.
